How would you rate this back/bi routine?
Bear in mind some things I can't do due to lower back problems. I've been training for many years but only seriously for about 3, stats are 6'0 age 27 15st 7lb, bodyfat is around 22%. I usually work in anything above the 5 rep range, going for size, as I find training for strength gives me a lot of aches and pains.
ALSO because of my work I can only train 3 out of 8 days. so usually instead of a 3 days split over 7 days, I do the same thing but over 8.
Not on any gear. Warmup sets not included.
Wide grip pullups
Romanian dead lift
(use 8 rep range so I can go lighter, cautious about back)
seated cable rows
(personally find 8 reps + lower weight easier to maintain form with curls)
Do you think this is enough volume? Should I be doing more in terms of drop sets etc? Any input?
