How would you warm up for 180kg bench press?

Current 1rm on bb bench press is 180kg but ive been going for this after my work sets.

Gonna leave out the work sets and just go for the 1rm

How many warm up sets should I do?

    Mine would be
    1) 60kg*10 reps - get the blood flowing
    2) 60 * 10
    3) 100* 5
    4) 120 *2
    5) 135*1 - get your body ready for heavy weight.
    6) 160*1

then go for the 180kg. though as you not done your working sets you may get up to 190kg. if this is the case you may want to make the 160kg up to about 170kg warm up.

If your benching 180 then warm up whatever feels right. No need to do much in the way of reps from 80% onwards though.

    Think i'll try this tomorrow:

    2x5x60.
    1x5x80.
    1x5x100'
    1x4x130.
    1x2x150.
    1x1x165.
    1x1x180.

    8 at 60k
    6 at 100k
    5 at 140 k
    4 at 180k
Then use this as your warm up for an extra twenty plate a side... 220 k.
That's how I do it. I find excessive reps early on takes it away from the heavier reps later
