Howdy everyone

Hi all, im 28 years old 5'8 and weight 10'8 im trying to shed body fat and grow muscle, ive been training for 13 week now, on a push, pull, legs and shoulders/abs/bicep, training routine i go to the gym 6 days a week i do 4 days lifting and 2 cardio days. I currently use a protein shake, BCAA's and have just stopped using creatine as ive been told that only to use it on a 12 week cycle. Any advice or help on anything would be great.

    Hi and welcome.
     
    My advice would be to post up in the beginners and diet section to sort yourself out from the start. 
     
    The creatine advice is interesting!  You can cycle on and off the product if you wish, but the need to cycle it is up for debate.

    Hello mate.....as above no need to cycle creatine 5 - 10g a day is fine for as long as you wish to use it.
