Hurricane XS Dose?

I've just bought some Hurricane XS after reading some posts on here for a Cyclone alternative. My question is how much should I be taking? The MP site states 2 x 70g servings. Each serving contains 5g of Creatine and as other people have said 5g is the most you need a day. So how much of this stuff should I take and when is best? I work out at 5pm.

Any help would be gratefully recieved!

    ive been taking it as instructed, 1 in the morning and 1 after training (around 6pm-ish!). On non training days i still do the same, 1 in the morning and 1 around 6pm-ish again...

    ive only been using it for about 2/3 weeks max now but i have put on some weight definately, ive also had comments at work/from freinds saying i look bigger so i would say i'm fairly happy... i have been using a bit more milk than instructed though as it makes it go down a bit easier.....ive also been very careful with my diet though...

    Sounds like good results! How often do you workout and what sort of program are you doing? I've started back after having about 4 months off and wanted a kick so thats why I've started on the Hurricane XS.

    Ive been using Hurricane XS for a couple of months and use it just as a post workout drink. I mix 2 scoops of Hurricane with 1 scoop of Protein and I've had not bad gains. Not really anything to compare it to though since I've only been training a couple of months.

    ive just started the pull/push/legs workout and i'm really liking it, its quite a short workout but i definately feel knackered at the end.... its in one of the beginners articles somewhere, i'll dig it out for you and post back up here....

    and then SavageJ posted a workout based on the push/pull/legs which fun meter and 3-style then modified for him and i took from that... pretty good all round.... my workout as below..

    Day 1 - Pull
    Deadlift
    DB Rows
    Chin Ups
    EZ Curls

    Day 2 - Push
    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Incline DB Press
    Skull Crushers

    Day 3 - Legs/Abs
    BB Squat
    Straight Back SLDL
    Leg Press
    Calf Raises
    Abs
