Hydrolised Whey

I understand there is some skeptism as to the efficacy of the above as opposed to standard mixed whey.

Regardless, the short chains seem worth a try to me and i'm going for hydrolised whey and leucine for during workout.

Is anyone happily using hydrolised whey?

No. It is, by far, the nastiest tasting supplement I've ever tried. As a supp company owner I get sent samples and so then do sample tests.

I took some of this with me, pre mixed, to our gym and poured it into three cups. Together with two 'willing volunteers' we all took a sip. I literally could not swallow it and looked up to see the others thinking the same. They were, bless them, trying not to be too ungrateful but I let them off spitting mine out saying 'feel free.... that's just nasty'. Cue lots of coughing and spitting.

Not looking good for me on the taste fron then, I jsut ordered BCAAs, HMB and Hydrolised protein.

I've tried BCAAs before and they are rank I guess. I've never had a problem downing stuff like this though as I don't take it for taste. Though hopefully the hydrolised whey won't make me hurl...
