Hi Ive heard people sayign they have been on Hydroxycut, can people give advice about it please. What gains can you get from it? I am starting a specific diet and weight/cardio programme would it be worth taking as I want to get more ripped/toned and gain a little extra muscle? Id appreciate advice, thankyou

hydroxycut will not pack on any muscle! It is there to burn fat (which it doesn't do too well either). If you want some muscle then i suggest that you buy a good quality whey protein shake and consume it post workout. I would recommend reflex instant whey which is available at many places on the web, including a few muscletalk sponsors

in my opinion hydroxycut is effective at one thing only....emptying your wallet. The first formula of hydroxycut with eph was good, but then all later versions fail to 'cut the cheese'. Remember to take at least 20g of whey post workout, since you are trying to lose weight as well i would not recommend adding dextrose, as the less simple sugars you have while dieting-the better. It would be more beneficial for you to do weights+cardio on seperate days but can be combined due to lack of time

hydroxycut has been reformulated to eff free, think it always was in this country. Get hydroxytrim or a sida product if you want something weeker, reflex, CNP and i think garnell maybe do a good one... ill look i think it was on afs.
