Hypertrophy

Any tips/routines/strategies that target a hypertrophic approach to gains is appreciated; I can do a 4 workout week, currently; thanks!

    Have a look at Frankie Ny's routine in the routine section and make sure that your diet is adequate.

    IMO there is no 1 best way for everyone (but this has been done to death now [:P]) there are many various routines posted in the forums here, have a browse, beginners and routines forums especially, and see what you like.

    Run a search for hypertrophy specific training (HST). Personally, I don't see the point. I don't just wanna look strong, I wanna BE strong.
