I NEED HELP!!!

I am 195Lbs 6'1" and i was wondering how many calories i should be taking in along with what types of food. I have a fast matbolism so i wasn't sure if i should be around 2000 calories or not. I'm going to be takign a 7 week cycle of Sus 250 (250mg/week), Primobolan Depot, Clenbuterol, and Clomid (at the end of my cycle). DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME! What is a typical meal for everyone?

    If your goal is to bulk up and your going to use juice then eat eat eat.2000 cals isnt much at your bodyweight.

    I can't really comment on how the steroids affect things, but if you are wanting to bulk up at your weight then I would recommend at least 3500-4000 calories a day. Even if you were cutting you'd want about 2300-2400, so that 2000 idea is right out, in my opinion.

    Thanks a lot! I want to cut my muscle but my whole goal is to get bigger. By doing this am i still able to in a way tone up a little too you know cut my muscle so i'm more defined? I appriciate any advice you can give. These steroids are both not known for retaining water if that is what you ment TRIPPITAKA. They are known for bulking and hardning of the muscle. Very High andro effects from what i hear.

    Not sure of your body fat, but I'm 200lbs and have been losing weight on around 2500 cals per day.

    All I meant is that I'm not an expert on steroids.

    It's going to be very difficult for you to put on muscle and not gain any fat. Try starting with about 3500 calories a day and see how you go. After a certain while you can then spend a while 'cutting' to lose any bodyfat that you have gained. At this point you can switch to the 2300-2400 figure.
