1. A human body reacts to steroids unless it's junk. No discussion.
2. Diet is highest priority. anything below 175grams of protein ed is not taking **** seriously
3. Workoutplan- how do you train? do you stimulate? or do you do the same **** every different day
4. Progressive calorie intake hows that going?
5. Alcohol?
of course it all relies on where you come from with training n. diet

my plan for u would be:
reboot your body. go keto 2 weeks to the tee no cheats. high protein low carbs. STIMULATE INSULIN SENSITIVITY
 
3rd week introduce carb again each meal
4rd week if carbs in place start cycle>increase carbs a lilttle bit
and forth
REDO:
training frequency, reboot also. 4 days week. focus on 1 week TUT and 1 week HEAVY first two weeks of keto.
when introducing carbs go higher frequency> 3days workout 1 off 3 days workout etc.

this is just examples which works.

For the test and deca I inject 500mg of each every week. It's definitely not fake cos I know many people who got good results with the same stuff.

I've got good results with it, still build muscle and don't accumulate too much fat.
 
Maybe I should see a doctor to ask him why I do not react to synthetic testosterone.




keep it simple.
 
1. 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites, 70 grams of oats, 1 banana


2. 200gr lean beef/chicken/pork, 170 grams of rice (cooked), 70 grams of greens w/sauces

3. 200gr lean beef/chicken/pork, 170 grams of rice (cooked), 70 grams of greens w/sauces

4. 200gr lean beef/chicken/pork, 170 grams of rice (cooked), 70 grams of greens w/sauces

5. 200gr lean beef/chicken/pork, 190 grams of rice (cooked), 90 grams of greens w/sauces
 
6. 250gr cottage cheese pre bed

50grams of whey with 30 grams of gummybears post-workout
