the only time i bruise is on my back when pressing etc from the bench ,kinda like friction marks on the back of my shoulders and they bruise pretty bad ,
apart from that i cant imagine why you should bruise

My shins rip up when deadlifting, apart from that I'm fairly injury free.

I suppose if the cage fighter in question is tank Abbot then it's probably not a good look for an aspiring BBer

I look more like a competitive eater than a bodybuilder.

I wish I was more attractive like Dagless.

I actually look like Vin Diesel's fatter, uglier, and whiter cousin

Or alternatively, Henry Rollin's fatter, uglier, and younger cousin

So I look like a fat ugly actor/ singer

Ah but obviously still worthy of your input noxville so not all that bad
i can explain the bruises on my thighs, this be where i rest the dumbells on my legs on chest days befor i put them on the floor or before i lay back to do a set.
    Traps, where the bar rests.
Everywhere else, i have no explanation!
Yes it must be from fighting off the billybobs fans, no other explanation for it
