I must applaud Toxic

I have been a regular start stop trainer who enjoys the women, drink, occasional sniff and what have you for the past two years.

It pains me to think how far I could be on with my training and goals had I used a bit more self control.
However, now, a few of my mates have went down the quick fix route of AAS. I have been tempted and was going to order but even though I have not been training I have done a hell of a lot of research into them and upon questioning them about PCT (to which they are not doing) and other things I realise they have no idea and when I try and explain it to them I reaslise myself that I am still not fully clued up on them as I was stuttering and getting a little mixed up.

Anywho, the applause for TT is for the article to which he wrote:

This is a work of art (I'm not into arse kissing, but this is how it is) and really stimulates the mind to get out there and do it properly. Not half arsed.

So if this is you, the kid thinking about taking gear, for whatever reasons, take a read of this and put it into practice.

I have now sorted out my routine and over the weekend with help from the many "hard drives" that people seem to have in their heads these days I will have my diet nailed and be ready to train eat and sleep like a motherfunker.

over and out.

Hey, that was the first Article that I read when I came back on these boards 5 months ago. It really motivated me to start training again and I've never been more focused than I am now. The magic beans right??
