I need HELP! Trying to write first weekly program.
Ok i wanna know ur thoughts on how my weeks work is programmed!
Morning- heavy weights day, oly lifts squats e.t.c
morning - GPP, mostly core work and plyos
evening - volleyball practice, lots of jumping e.t.c quite intense
morning - sprintingcardio session kinda hiit. lasts 30/40mins
afternoon - light recovery weights day
evening - volleyball practice, quite intense
morning - mostly core work and plyos again
evening - medium/heavy weights oly lifts squats e.t.c
Morning or afternoon - Sprinting work/cardio
afternoon - game
Is this 2 many sessions?
Do some of my sessions overlap, like is it a bad idea to do plyos after my heavy sunday session coz i wont be 100%?
Could my week be programmed better?
