Hi mate, Baseball requires fast strong arms, right?
First thing I would do is some rotator cuff work to strengthen the inner parts of the shoulder and upper back.
As far as the weights go, if your looking to be a Mark Mcguire - Barry Bonds animal then you should do the old deadlifts, squats and other strength movements. I would train for strength quite heavy with tons and tons of stretching.
