with the routine i posted u do it every 4 -5 days, so mon those 3 exercises, then fri the other three,wait another 4 days, start again.
as for the routine u posted i would do somin like this
day 1
deadlifts
wide grip chins
hyperextensions(if u do unweighted up to 40 reps if u wish)
day 2
dips
military press
weighted pushups
day 3
Front squats
