I need help!!!

Hey y'all, I was wondering what supplements you have used and what supplements you think are the best? I started the gym about a year ago but stopped after 4 month because my mate moved to a private gym and I had no one to train with.  I'm looking at getting back into it, as I want to be ready for the summer in 3 months time. I'm 18, I'm about 5 ft 5 and I weigh about 10 and half stone. I'm not fat, I'm average. I don't want to be too big I just want to be ripped, decent size arms and shoulders. I could do with getting rid of the tits as I'd like to have solid pecs. One of my main priorities is to achieve 6pack abs. However, I don't eat healthy! I'm a really fussy eater, I have to have certain brands of anything I eat. I've been like it all my life and when I went to the doctors to ask about how I can sort myself out, they turned round and said nothings wrong with you, you should grow out of it. 10 years later and I'm still the same. Anyways the only healthy things I eat are grapes and yogurts. I don't like meat, fish, tuna, steak, chicken or anything that a bodybuilder would eat so how can I reach my goal without eating what I should be? At the moment I eat takeaways every night, drink lots of coke etc. I'm planning to cut the fizzy drinks out and drink water instead. I don't currently have breakfast but I was thinking of having dry weetabix in a morning although they are not that tasty as I don't like them with milk. I'm looking for some meal replacement stuff for dinner time, any ideas what supplement is the best to use? I'm hoping to eat grapes as a snack instead of chocolate/crisps and for tea I'm hoping to eat a bowl sweetcorn but would that help? I know it's a better diet, but would it do much more for me compared to chocolate, crisps, takeaways, coke etc. I'm also looking for the best Creatine supplement, I've had tablets but I couldn't swallow them so I gave them to my uncle. I know you need a good diet to build up, but I can't help the way I've been brought up. My mum and dad have always let me eat stuff that aren't good for you because they like to keep me happy but I know I need to change that. Can someone please give me some help, because I've been in other forums, messaged a few people on Youtube and I either get ignored or get some daft comment saying if your not willing to eat healthier then you'll get no where. Excuse me, but from what I eat now, compared to what I'm aiming to eat as mentioned above I think it's a lot healthier.

Cheers~

You really need to get your diet sorted - the food you have described won't get you to where you want to be, you have to just eat things you may not currently like - thats just the way it is!

Agree with the above. You can train as hard and as much as you want, but, unless your diet is sorted then your efforts will be wasted. You need to get on top of it mate....you think I like eating cottage cheese every night? No, but I do it because I know it'll benefit me. Sometimes you just got to suck it up.

Diet is sh1t man , get over to the diet section and post your stats there and youll get help with it. I started of like you a few years ago , started at 10 stone skinny fat and at my heaviest i was 1lb under 15stone. You need to eat alot of food man if your looking to grow, it aint easy but stick at it and youll get to where you want to be in no time.
