I still have my stock of My Protein supplements (plus ephedrine)

Could someone with more knowledge than I do please give me a good dosing cycle? I also have some clen/T3 on the way, so advice on the best way to use that would be good, too.

Remember I'm a thick, uneducated, noob when it comes to this stuff, so treat me that way.

I have: -

Phase 2
CLA
Sesamin
Thermopure
Caffeine

Also have 5-HTP bought from H&B (if it's any cop, I'm looking for a more reasonably priced source, as I can't afford £26 for 100 caps again!)

For more info on my current lifestyle (which circumstance has forced upon me, please see my post in the weight loss forum).

Like I say, I have absolutely NO CLUE WHATSOEVER about what I'm doing (nocloobie that's me! Hey, ya think that'll catch on if I use it enough...? I rather like it! )

Thank you for all the help you've been to me to date, I REALLY appreciate it. I'm SO much happier in Liverpool than I EVER was in Manchester!

Just wish this B&B wasn't in such close proximity to what was the Carling Academy (now the O2 Academy) 3 pubs and the station! It was REALLY bad last weekend when I think both Red and Blue must have won!

    Forget all the pills you have and use something like this:

    • Meal #3 - 6oz chicken with 1-cup asparagus or green beans
    • Meal #4 - 6oz white fish (fluke, flounder, sole, ect.) With a green salad with vinegar & mustard (no olive or macadamia nut oil)
    • Meal #5 - 35g whey protein or 12 egg whites

    Diet #2
    • Meal #1 - 2 whole (omega-3) eggs with 6 egg whites
    • Meal #2 - 35g whey protein with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter

    Cheers PL, but if you'll see my post in the weight loss forum, I'm not exactly flush in the bank balance dept at the moment (and even the 'cheapie' MP protein's rather out of reach for me at the moment). I had an IS rebate when I bought all that stuff (didn't know where I was going to end up then, did I...?)

    Basically, I'm stuck in a B&B with limited access to equipment. I've been told I can have access to their fridge, but I've not been told whether I can use their cooking facilities. All I have in my room is a kettle.

    I am unable to train at the moment (because I don't have a permanent address - I've explained all this in my post in the w/l forum). All I'm able to do is walking. I need to get a stable roof over my head before I can start training seriously again (and, BOY, do I miss it! ) So, at the moment, I'm back to my old, calorie-phobic, self.

    That, to me, looks like a diet for someone who is able to train seriously - I am not. There are 75kcals in an egg 6 x 75 = 450kcals. Tablespoon (20g, I assume) peanut butter  = 120kcals protein = 140kcals = 730kcals so far.

    Chicken = 315 cashews = 145 (460 + 730 = 1190)

    Salmon = 442, salad negligible

    That's very nearly 2,100kcals! If I ate like that every day without exercising, I reckon I'd GAIN around 2lb/week! I'm heavy enough!

    Sorry, PL, this probably sounds like Sarah's being an ungrateful bitch, but she's not, she's really not, it's just that she's TERRIFIED of calories when she can't exercise as she'd like. Yes, that'd be an ideal diet for when I'm able to hit the gym again but, for now, it's a definite no-no! I'm also sans equipment (I had to leave Manchester in something of a hurry and I've now lost my super-accurate scales - if I can't weigh it, I don't eat it at the moment. Bad attitude I know, but I like to be super-accurate! )

    Thank you very much for the advice, though, it's appreciated.

    I need that menu when I'm able to train again.

    If you are thinking of taking all those meds without any exercise you need your head examining.  Seriously.  Put them back on the shelf until you are exercising and need to push it to the next level when fat loss stops.

    If you need to bring the cals down a little, go for it, strip a 1/3 of the cals out (you did very well before in terms of the maths) - just ensure the protein/fat levels are kept in their current ratio's and you will be fine.  But very much aware tho, a diet like the above will strip fat off you.

    If you need any more help, post here

    So how many calories do you normally eat?

    Simply cut portions down on the above diet until you reach your desired calorie level. I doubt you'd need to go below say 1500 tho.

    Walking is fine as an exercise by the way so do that for now, do bodyweight exercises if no access to gym. Push ups, sit ups, dips on a chair etc This type of exercise will stimulate metabolism better than walking which is very important.

    Don't look for a shortcut sarah, they rarely work very effectively. Stick to the diet above, it's good because it eliminates the chance to cheat. No carbs = no cheating. As long as you stick to the portion sizes you will see the fat fly off.
