I used to be bit of a porker! (PICS)

Hey Folks,

Just thought i'd share some pics with you. To cut a long story short, i spent most of my time at university eating junk food (kebabs, KFC etc) and drinking way too much beer - as a result i looked a fat b@stard. I have a pic of me just under 19 stone which demonstrates this perfectly!

About one year ago i decided to change all this, and tried to get into shape. I started 'cutting' properly about 4-5 months ago, and now i reckon im at a pretty decent bodyfat.

Apologies in advance for the poor pics, but hope you can see that i have lost some adiposity!

Me around 19 stone:

(theres an enormous belly being sucked in beneath that shirt!!!)

Me now, around 13 stone:

I feel a million times better! The worst thing about being 'heavy' is getting out of breath doing simple stuff like climbing stairs or DIY. Its like your being weighed down constantly.

I also feel better psychologically, clothes fit better (dont have to buy XXXL, lol!) and i feel more confident generally.
