I 've read and searched over and over...

And i can't find advise on a subject that i have never got my head round. I am currently cutting and as i have time off work i am doing my cardio unfuelled first thing in the morning, then weights later in the day. But when i return to work i will be doing the cardio straight after the weights. So do i take my whey shake directlky after the weights or after the cardio? I have looked and cannot find a clear answer as to which is preferable....

Thanks in advance

If it is just a cardio day would you still take whey as a PWO?

take it after the cardio on the days you do weights, otherwise you may be sick

no need for a PWO shake on cardio only days IME
