I wanna do everything twice!

i found this killer squat routine that was in the june 2002 edition of muscle and fitness. It is 7 workouts long. It also says the best split to use is a three day one. but then it also says i could complete the cycle in a month. How is that possible???

I really want to be able to squat twice a week, but i need to dead too and of course bench. Is there ne way to solve this?

    Not trying to be rude, but don't get routines from magazines. Look around here at the sticky's, there are some great starter routines. Or look around in the journals and see what others are doing.

    Magazines aint the best place to find routines, they try and make them fancy, when its the basics that work best. Stick with the basics mate, Squating and Deadlifting once a week is enough for muscle growth.

    in the past i have done squats and deadlifts almost every workout 1-3 reps but i train for strength not size (olympic weightlifter upto 7 sessions a week)

    hey, every now and then you can find a good routine or new ideas from a magazine. If you want to squat twice just adapt the routine to suit you.
