I want to gain weight

Hi ther , I brought ( Weight gainer 2200 gold,Amino 2222 liquid,Creatine+glutamine,Gh max anobolic and Dianabol ) should I use them all togather or what ,,,, I want to gain weight , I workout daily 2:30 hours but ther's no good result , plzzz help ,.... tell me what should I use and how?

    i used the squats and milk diet but i gained loads muscle and minimal amount of fat, but i suggest using a different work out plan but do take your supplements

    best to take them in the morning and before bed thats what i do anyway.

    Just eat a lot of wholesome food, thats your saving grace.

    You probably can't gain weight beacuse you don't eat right. So put what you eat day in, day out in the deit forum.

    Get your deit right first then concern your self with your supps.

    spot on mate. the best way to put on weight is plenty of healthy food. eat, eat and eat some more

    plan a good bulking diet, sort out your routine (training every day NOT recomended) and don't get so focussed on supplements. They won't do a thing for you if the training and diet aren't right.

    by the way, are you serious about having bought dbol?

    sure.

    forget about using it until much later on. it's a very potent steroid with some potentially severe side effects. not a beginner's supplement.

    get your diet and training perfect and you will see great gains, believe me.

    how old are you proman and what is your training experience? i'm not judging you, just trying to get a feel for how advanced a trainer you are.

    in that case it's all about the training and diet. you will benefit from the "honeymoon effect" and should gain pretty well right now from even a poor routine to be honest.

    supplements are a great way to spend a lot of money without much benefit unless you are a bit more advanced. And dbol just a really bad idea for a beginner full stop.

    Forget dbol for now. In fact think again maybe in 3 years.

    if your working out for 2 and a half hours a day you might be over training? particularly if you only been training a few months? i dont know, what do other people think about that?
