IS This Enough Food????
After an awful couple of years of dieting I'm starting clean again. Need to loose some body fat.
BF estimate 20 %
For the last 2 days my diets been.
7.30 3 tbsp oats, 100ml skimmed milk, 100ml water, handful blueberries and scoop whey. Blended.
10.30 piece of fruit.
13.00 2 slices seeded bread with olive oil spread, tin of tuna, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt and salad, weight watchers 125g yoghurt.
15.30 scoop whey in water and 1 oatcake
18.30 150g meat, today was chilli con carne with ol del paso mix, 40g basmati dry weight and salad.
Not really training at all at the moment, for personal reasons.
Any tips guys
