IS This Enough Food????

Hi guys.

After an awful couple of years of dieting I'm starting clean again. Need to loose some body fat.

Stats
Age 28
Height 5.10
Weight 13.5
BF estimate 20 %

For the last 2 days my diets been.

7.30 3 tbsp oats, 100ml skimmed milk, 100ml water, handful blueberries and scoop whey. Blended.

10.30 piece of fruit.

13.00 2 slices seeded bread with olive oil spread, tin of tuna, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt and salad, weight watchers 125g yoghurt.

15.30 scoop whey in water and 1 oatcake

18.30 150g meat, today was chilli con carne with ol del paso mix, 40g basmati dry weight and salad.

Not really training at all at the moment, for personal reasons.

Any tips guys

Thank you

If you're not training and not burning a lot of calories going about your daily business then stick to around 1800 calories per day and you should start to lose a few pounds a week.

Enough still to maintain body fat loss. Feels as though um getting really hungry eating this much food.

Well yes you'll probably lose fat on that many calories. If you're not training you'll also lose a fair chunk of lean mass with it of course.

id get some omega 3/6/9 capsules, id have a chicken breast with lunch and then at 15.30 have the tuna with some light mayo and whole meal pitta

then have some quark or cottage cheese after dinner, you could sprinkle some options hot choco powder on the quark to help with the flavour

then have a protein shake before bed.

probably looking at an extra 60/70g of protein there with just a few small tweaks, should help maintain your lean mass.

if you cant train for personal reasons then id try to walk for an hour a day if possible.
