Iam scared - fed up with chasing size.

It was Saturday afternoon and I just said to myself Ive had enough of the heavy training and chasing the size I feel like just looking more athletic looking !!!

What the fok was that all about.

I think I should just ignore it and call it a KEVIN LEVRONE moment

Anyone else just ever feel like they want to just be more of a mens health man.

All the things I say are what I have done and what I have found instead of what i have read.

Yeah I wouldnt mind mens health look either, that would be fantastic. The only downside though is you can only show your bod off in the summer. Alot of guys just look like your average joe under clothes but its only when its summer or when theyre in the swimming pool you get extra notice.

Still, Im aiming for the, 'I bet that guy takes roids' look. Least your body still shows through shirts and stuff

I got 18" arms after a lot of hard work and am 19 st 10 at 17%.

Waist is 40" but so is bbigman2000 and even when I was at 7%bf I still had a 36-37" waist but by chest is 52" I think and shoulders are even wide so thats not that bad.

Ive also been blessed with good wheels, calfs are and always stay the same as my bi's they seem to progress together and my quads are 31".

The thing is iam 28 and I do this for fun so why do I want to be any bigger if iam not gonna compete?

Just maybe tone it all up now as tight as possible.

All the things I say are what I have done and what I have found instead of what i have read.

Well it's what i'm aiming for. I know my waist will go down to 28", and i'm 6'2, so with 16in arms and a 44 chest, would top it off nicely. Even at my biggest (wasn't big), i had 30 waist 14.5 arms 41 chest, and looked ok, at 11% bf. I'm aiming for bigger this time round

And lol at the waist comment :P

I could do without the pain of the big lifts tbo mate. You know what it's like as you progress you tend to pick up niggles here and there nothing serious just aches and pains now and again.
