Ice Cream Help!?
I've been experimenting a lot with whey these days and since its summer almost everything ends up in the freezer for at least some length of time, but i still havent quite mastered a good ice cream recipe yet, any ideas? The best thing i have come up with so far is- Boil half a pint of water, melt one sachet of jelly in it, chuck in half a pint of milk, about 200g of whey, 250g of quark, blend for ages, then chuck it in the freezer, and depending on the length of time you freeze it for it can come out in various textures. One is like a jelly, one is like very foamy ice cream, and one is identical to those cheapo pink yoghurts you can buy with cream on top! Man i love my freezer
