    Im just fresh off a 7 week cut lost 16lbs went from 13.10 - 12.8 stone (192lbs - 176lbs), waist down from 36.5 - 34 inches, stomach alot trimmer, abs showing abit, arms abit more toned. I used 2x30mg eph daily.

    Cycle experience
    :
    My first cycle was a 7 week epi cycle @ 30/30/30/40/40/40/40

    This is my second cycle - 2 caps daily for 3 weeks, 1 cap in morning and 1 inthe evening.

    Supps while on SD/tren:
    -2 myprotein red yeast/coq10 caps daily
    -2xGlucosamine daily
    -3x1000mg Omega 3,6,9 daily
    -2x500mg Vitamin C daily
    -3x450mg Milk thistle daily
    -2x50g protein shakes
    -Caffeine when needed

    Diet/Cardio:
    Lots of protein, carbs healthy fats. Going to try and shoot for around 175-200g protein a day, and carbs will be around the same as this, most likely higher.

    Cardio i play indoor footy ontues once a week and might be playing outdoor every thur evening too.

    Stats:
    Height
    - 5 foot 11
    Weight
    - 12.8 stone (176lbs)
    BF% - estimate 16% ish
    Waist - 34 inches
    Right Arm (tensed) - 14 7/8 inches
    Left Arm (tensed) - 15 inches

    The way i will work this log:
    I will post up my routine (3 day split - wed fri and sun), set and reps, and any additional comments.

    Expectations:
    Ok bulking on this have heard superb things about SD and im really hoping its works well for me. Ok im going dream now lol.........A 10kg increase in bench (currently 70kg for reps), a 5kg increase in military pressing (currently 60kg for reps), a 10kg increase in lat pulldowns (currently 70kg for reps), a 5kg increase in CG BP (currently 60kg for reps),get back up to 33.5kg incline d'bell currently at 28.5kg for reps. Squating 100kg for 15 reps currently about 90x10ish. Back to lifting 22.5kg d'bell for at least 6 reps currently 20kg for reps, there alot of expectations in strength here i hope to reach them all i will give it a good damn go anyway! And a weight gain of about 9lbs+ in 3 weeks would be nice and adding mass to my chest and arms, about half an inch to my arms.

    Breakfast
    Protein shake and 2 toast with Philadelphia spread

    Weetabix with a protein shake

    MON
    LUNCH – Mince with couscous
    DINNER - Fish and vegetables

    TUES
    LUNCH – Beans, cheese and toast
    DINNER – Pasta and sauce with tuna

    WED
    LUNCH – Egg and toast
    DINNER – Tortia wraps with chicken

    THUR
    LUNCH – Mince with couscous
    DINNER – Rice and meat

    FRI
    LUNCH – Omelette
    DINNER – Rice and meat

    SAT
    LUNCH – Beans, cheese and toast
    DINNER -

    SUN
    LUNCH – French toast
    DINNER – Chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables

    3 DAY SPLIT

    WED - CHEST AND BICEPS
    FLAT BB - 3 SETS
    INCLINE D'BELL - 3 SETS
    D'BELL FLYS - 3 SETS
    MACHINE FLYS - 3 SETS

    6/8 SETS WITH WHATEVER BICEP EXERCISE USUALLY D'BELL WORK

    FRI - SHOULDERS AND BACK
    SEATED BB PRESS - 3 SETS
    D'BELL PRESSES (PALMS IN) - 3 SETS

    D'BELL ROWS - 3 SETS
    LAT PULLDOWN - 3 SETS
    CABLE ROWS - 6 SETS

    SUN - LEGS AND TRICEPS
    SQUATS - 3/4 SETS
    LEG CURLS - 3 SETS
    LEG EXTENSION - 3 SETS

    CG BP - 3 SETS
    6 SETS MORE WITH ROPE, CABLE OR D'BELL OR SKULLS, I MIX IT ABOUT

    goodluck mate, you planning to increase your dosage to 30mg/90mg in the last week or keep it @ 20mg/60mg?

    Good luck buddy. Looks like an interesting product.

    What does your routine look like? Also are you only eating 3 meals a day? Roughly how many calories are you going for? I enjoyed your last cycle log, I'll be interested in this one! Who knows it might just push me over the edge and convince me to do that cycle I've been contemplating for so long!

    Jebus - atm i have my mind set on 20mg for 3 weeks, so not sure if things will change i will see how it goes. For pct i plan to use nolva mate.

    Citizen Kane - Routine is a 3 day split mate, wed = chest and biceps, fri = back and shoulder, sun = legs and triceps. In and around 3300-3500 calories (using maximuscle calorie counter and http://www.discountanab...rum/showthread.php?t=934 superdrol diet advise), 3 meals, with 2/3 snacks during the day, snacks being yoghurt, protein bar, shakes, fruit, snack a jacks, peanuts.

    DAY 1 - NON TRAINING DAY

    Breakfast - 50g protein shake with 2 toast and philidephia light spread (56g protein/36g carbs)

    Lunch - 3 egg omelette cooked with olive oil with 2 toast/slimfast choc bar (30g protein/46g carbs)

    Snack - cnp pro flapjack (18g protein/37g carbs)

    Snack - Pear + peanuts (15g protein/30g carbs)

    Dinner - 2 fish, few chips, half a glass of coke (30g protein/40g carbs)

    Snack - 50g protein shake + banana (50g protein/30g carbs)

    TOTAL -
    (199g protein/219g carbs)

    Good stuff man, I'm sure 3 meals will be plenty I was just curious, I usually eat only 3-4 meals a day as well, as long as you get the calories in one way or the other I doubt it will make too much difference!

    How did the cut go?

    Thought you were going to wait before using DS again?

    I personally think you could work up to 14 stone natural and be lifting 160 squat, 120 bench and 200 deadlift without any DS, in fact, you could do that with food and hard work alone.

    However, I hope you gain well from this cycle, but remember it's immense and consistent effort down the gym that you need as much as anything!

    What is your routine like? Get some more volume in than before!!

    Citizen kane - cut went well look above at my second post, the red writing. Not a big diff espite dropping 16lbs so no pics.

    allisalie - thanks mate, wont be a big change in before and after sd so dont intend on taking pics.

    badboy007 - badboy i agree, but i using so i catch up as i wasted a year or so for various reasons, diet and pretty much spot on so there will be good progress from now on whether im on or not. Thanks for the encouragment mate, i will go all out! Ill post my full routine in abit gotta go eat..........again!

    Recovery was the same as if i wasnt using steriods when i used epi, so im not going to up the volume the first week i dont think. Not sure if SD will speed up my recovery or not hopefully it does and should as its stronger.
