Idea's for routine whilst cutting
Not starting to cut for a few weeks yet, but want to have everything planned out just right, so any help is much appreciated! Diet plan will also appear in the diet forum soon!
Am currently on a 4 day split, has seen me good for some decent gains, both strength and mass, however am just about off cycle now and sleep pattern is slightly disrupted, and feeling slightly more lethargic so will prob go on to a 3 day split.
Would you suggest a 3 day for cutting, or go back to a 4 day when the time comes? I will be assisted by mr prop, and mr tren, along with the usual fat burners.
Am thinking would keeping a heavy compound per muscle group in there be good idea? (theory is, built the muscle with it so poss best to hold on to muscle with), After compound will do 2-3 isolation xrcises, 2 for smaller muscle groups, 3 for large. Will try to keep time down to 30-40 mins on a large group, 20-25 on a small.
Will do around 10-12 sets on large group, and 6-8 on small.
Workouts kept to 1-1.5 hrs max.
Cardio will be 3 days a week, early morn, or on off day, 30-40 mins to start.
Also will be relying slightly more on clean diet and cardio to begin with, rather than low low carbs, hopefully to help retain mor lbm, but also should help me push through the workouts a little better too!
So if it sucks let me know guys! lol i hope not though, i'd like to think i know a fair amount!!
