I'm confused

I want to get some whey and I've read through so many conflicting posts I don't what to get.

I've had Reflex in the past and a friend uses MET-RX protein plus, what should I get?

get what you like, i personally recommend bulk suppliers as quality is excellent and you can flavour the plain whey any way you want while saving a lot of money over brand name. Reflex is a great branded whey i recommend as well

Unless money is no object i would'nt bother with the high priced branded products.

Plenty of choice and value here: www.myprotein.co.uk

Like theiopener said find one you like. I love ON Whey Gold Standard. Out of the two u mentioned, i would personly go for the Reflex one, give me ON Whey any day tho.

I've tried both in the past, I would choose Reflex instant whey hands down, this is what I am currently using, tastes great too. But as mentioned, bulk suppliers listed here are probalby just as good quality aswell, just personal preference realy.

Edit: Just realised you listed protein plus, I have a feeling that this is the more slower releasing type (i may be wrong tho) which is not ideal for PWO, depends when you will be taking the whey, i presume you mean PWO.

Instant Whey is a great product - tastes great and mixes very well too. I haven't used the CNP alternative so can't really comment on it.
