Im fading away!

This is what my parents have just said today.

I have went from 198lbs to 176/177 in about 10weeks, been on Cyclic Keto Diet for over 4 weeks now

I personally don't think i'm failed I think I have another few pounds to lose but all from one area! Also i'm not getting weaker infact today I had a DL PB which I was chuffed with considering the circumstances!

Well, they won't be saying that come november time lol

If your getting protein from supplements, Make sure your getting enough protein and the serving amount correct.

If you have lost 20lbs and have gained strength then you are doing something right IMO.

You have lost 10% of your original bodyweight, so of course people are going to make comments.

I would suggest, however, that if you are quite lean now (10%) then don't worry about cutting much further- I don't see the point being ultra-lean unless you are going to compete.

What weight did you hit on the DL?

DL was 180kg which is good for me.

I don't think I am near 10% I would guess mid to high teens

Im doing it for a couple of reasons, I want to actually see all my abs, I want to prove to myself that I can do it and I was holding quite a bit of fat and want to get lean before I go on a bulk over the winter
