If you have lost 20lbs and have gained strength then you are doing something right IMO.
You have lost 10% of your original bodyweight, so of course people are going to make comments.
I would suggest, however, that if you are quite lean now (10%) then don't worry about cutting much further- I don't see the point being ultra-lean unless you are going to compete.
What weight did you hit on the DL?
