Im looking to cut in 4 weeks. would like some advice please as not really my scene

Basically i have had a bit of a bulk from weight training. I have kept my body fat quite low still, around 15%

I want to look at different ways to drop some fat for the summer.

I have a good athletic build and don't want to lose any of my muscle gain.

I am not clueless with diet and cardio but nor am i an expert.

I have heard numerous times that you can lose body fat by juggling your carbs, for example: 280g one day 320g the next 360 the next and then drop on the fourth day to 180g. then start again. No idea about this at all.

As for cardio i have a little knowledge but not enough. I want to keep the muscle i trained so hard to get and just lose some bodyfat to show of my shape :D Should i be doing 4 times a week in the morning for 25mins heart rate at 120? What would i eat after as i know i would prob be feeling sick and extremely hungry.

i am 27, 5'10, healthy and approx right now 14.4stone.

    Personally I would do that 280, 320, 360, 180.
Don't know how you fair, but I would certainly gain weight on that!

4 weeks is quite a short period of time, I think you should have a read over something such at Lyle Mcdonald's Ketogenic diet or ultimate diet.
But for such a small time frame, I would suggest a keto.  But they take a bit of will power to stick to!

i drop body fat extremely quickly, i dont need to cut over 4 weeks, i want to start cutting in approx 4 weeks but want to start planning now.

I can't cut out my carbs as my job uses a lot of energy and i don't want to start using muscle for energy.

Def not into any crazy diets. :)

Up the cardio?  AM fasted cardio?  Tweak your diet a little maybe if you train weights pm, dont eat any carbs until the next morning,  cut out ALL bad stuff from your diet, little changes can make a big difference if you stick at it.

Am fasted cardio i take it is to wake up do cardio come home. This would worry me as cortisol levels are highest in the morning so would i not be promoting a catabolic state for my muscles.

I know what you are saying about the carbs, i will still have some quick carbs after i train but will drop carbs after my last meal. More then likely meat and veg will be dished up every night.
