I'm not clear on inclined bench dbells form
Only done this exercise twice so far.
Am currently starting with both dbells touching each other above my chest at arms length, then lowering them down and apart so most of the up/down movement is in a vertical motion similar to with the barbell, with them finishing an inch or two outside my shoulders (and a little above). So the line of movement is a bit like a tall archway.
Does this sound ok ? Are their slightly different techniques because of the free movement allowed ? (I'm used to using a barbell for virtually everything else)
