form looks good, i would try out some chalk for your grip mate as i hate straps as they pull on my wrists

also stick something under the bar to raise it a bit as it appears you go too far down to pick it up

the way i deadlift is like this

    Adjust, lift, readjust, lift

i think you had more in you TBH, i think you couldve easily pulled 80+kg as it went up rather fast, which IMO means put more plates on the bar

edit: glad to also read superwoman contacted you fella, seems things are going well for you and im happy for you

Great to see such enthusiasm really, its what liftings all about really

couple of little things i noticed. Dont sit with the weight, just dip and pick it up, your wasting energy. and dont bend you arms at the bottom!!!!!!!!! keep the arms at full extension at all times,

i agree about the weight beiong too light,
you work your self up a hell of a lot for a weight you appear to lift very easily, so id stick some more plates on, well done to you though.

    12.30 40g Pulse
    1 - Train ( with Dex whey shake )

I find Loading up a lot slow carb beforehand is working well.

@ TIO, Yea I too think 80kg easy But im not rushing , i think steady progression is working well. Happy beasts last time.

Weighed my self 170Lb ( After eating though ) Last time bulking was 180Lbs so im getting there. :)

Cheers Fella Much aprachited chap , ( PS hows things with your female you were seeing ? )

@ \Just t thanks for the advise noted on the arm, Allthough what do u mean sit, Dont bring my A$$ so close to the floor?

@ Boxer81 agree loads left in the Tank just didnt want to jump too fast only been traing 5 weeks again from a year lay off.

@ Cardifflad Erm me nutty never :P lol

John , allways told 1st one dont count? so 9=8 , 10=9 and so on. Ok 9, still in 8-10 range. Maybe i need some counting lessons.

I use two planks of wood, but you can more a lot of things, such as weight plates/ 2 argos cataloges (sp?) etc.

You could have done a bit more weight tbh,i personally dont let the weight hit the ground,i like to keep it just off the ground as i lower, keeps alot more strain on the lower back.

I also look to keep my arms straight during the movement.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

personally i think you could left another 30kg at least.
Its good to see you have a lot of energy, you seem like a nutter haha, its all good though.
have a go at lifting 80kg and if that goes up well enough then maybe join in with me, rio and xians little challenge we have going in our journals for 150kg.
