Improvements?

I have been goin' at this now for almost a week and a half. I don't expect to see any improvements this week or next week, and I don't mean to be so giddy about it, but when do you guys think I will see improvements? I am keeping track through a camera, once every few days I take a picture of myself.

I say in maybe 6 weeks I'll see a small change?

What do you think?

it depends on wat your goals are, if it's weight loss you should see a change within a month or two, if u r trying to get get bigger, that will depend on genetics and training experience, if u hav average / poor genetics and no training experience u should see a change within 3-6 months, and u should take pictures once every month or two, not every day as that can end up being frustrating

Agreed.Changes in your body dont happen over night. One weeks over eating doesnt make you fat,and one weeks training doesnt make you thin or muscular. Its a long term thing.Set realistic goals and stick at it.Its all about commitment.A hardcore bodybuilder is not one who injects every day or spends hours in the gym,a hardcore bb eats, trains and rests consistantly month after month.Good luck.

I wouldnt take pics every few days take a pic of your self with the same poses every 2 - 4 weeks. Measure your self every 2 weeks and weigh you self every week.

Muscle doesnt grow over night but just keep working hard, eat rite get enough rest and you will be fine.

If you want to know an awsome workout plan i can tell you one. I have been doing it for 5 weeks and my strengh and size is growing every week in large ammounts

Plus i am only down the gym MAX of 45 mins and most of that is loading weights up LOL

If you wana know it just ask i will show you the website

Best of luck with the training
