I personally like to do my cardio outdoors either on foot or on my bike, bit of a pain in winter tho[xx(]

i used to do a lot of cv in the gym. still do crosstraining sessions apart from running.

ok there are 'distractions' in there which we all know of and approve!!! but frankly its hard to stay motivated for more than 30 mins for me on a treadmill or bike even with a nice view...

    but

if one goes on a 30 min run outdoors , one tends to push to the end as you woudnt want to look like a plank if forced to walk back...

i like it outdoors cuz the time goes by faster, at least it seems like it...when it gets to winter is the problem, all the black ice makes it a little hard to stay on your feet, lol...outdoors is usually better cuz its easier to make it like a fun activity, instead of a chore

I would choose outdoors, if the weather suited but with the winter fast approaching I'd prefer to get sweaty in a warm environment!

When I did jogging I prefered it outdoors in the country, breathing in the fresh country air with an aroma of cow ****.
