Incline db bench press

How much of an incline are you supposed to be? In Fitness First they have these Life Fitness benches, anyone who goes there know what setting they use lik 4, 5 etc?

IMO on these ones first notch mate

anything 15-30% max should be good enough to avoid over emphasis of anterior deltoid

use those damn things every day

.... LOL, 'first notch' my my aren't we getting technical now - but saying that, I agree. Any higher than the lowest incline option (around 30 degrees) and it's all delts for me, and my delts don't need any more help in out balancing my chest!

I usually do 3-4 notch, anything less seems to flat for me. Kinda preference, but don't go too high like said above...
