Incredibly sore nipples, does this mean the Gyno is not fully mature/developed?

Bit of a pickle here guys, really hope you can help!

I'm booked in at the Endocronoligy section of the hospital on the 3rd of Sept. to check out my Gyno, and hopefully they put me forward for the op...

BUT, my nipples are so incredibly sore at the moment that it's causing me quite some annoyance, if I roll over in bed it feels like I've been stabbed!

My worry is this:

If I wait without taking any AI meds for the consultation and possible op will this be enough time for the Gyno to become completely mature and if the NHS turn me down then there will be no chance of them subsiding with some Letro?

I really want to get on some Letro now (even though it didn't do much last time I don't think) to see if it gets rid of some of the soreness, but if I do that the NHS might take more bloods see I've been fecking with my body then write me off! ARGH!

Any thoughts?!

Thank you in advance for any insight!

Surely if no lumps yet you should get on some letro asap without a second thought mate.

Why wait for it to appear if you can stop it. Letro 2.5mg/day should certainly clear it if not yet formed
    What you running though?

Oh there are lumps buddy, small pea sized lumps under each nipple sadly.

I had it as a kid, then it went then I took Epi and it came back (even though it's supposed to be an AI, go figure!) then came off, did Letro, improved a tiny bit I think.

Then I more recently did a SD and Epi cycle and I was fine for the 4 weeks of SD then a couple of weeks into Epi it came back again, this time worse as it was at a higher dose. I did PCT and it didn't make any difference and I thought I'd wait a while and just see if I can get it removed!

He took bloods and they came back all fine so has referred me.

If already have tried letro and didn't reduce them to a level you're happy with then would maybe just run the letro (if it helped in past with the pain) until a few weeks before appointment if can't get it moved forward.
