India

I'm gonna be traveling in India for a couple of weeks soon and have been warned basically not to eat meat unless its from a decent looking restaurant.
 
So I've bought myself a load of quest bars to take with me, but I'm guessing a quest bar a day is not really gonna help much.
 
I really don't want to lose any muscle mass whilst I'm out there.  Any suggestions?

    Meat should be ok generally, it's stuff like salads or basically anything that's been washed but not cooked as it's the water that'll get you (as above).

    Just eat a lot of what you think is good and enjoy! Guessing India has lots of amazing food for cheap prices. I wouldn't even bother with the bars.

    Also how much muscle mass do you expect to lose in 2 weeks?

    LOL, no...tho I bought them with the intention of eating them in India.  They're sitting under my desk at work and it's hard to resist on carb days.
     
    i weigh 72kg atm, 5'5, bf is 12%.
     
    Depends how much protein I can eat out there I guess? Ideally, I don't want to lose muscle.  I wont be going gym for 2 weeks as well.
     
    It'll be great if someone could give any tips on how i can prevent losing muscle whilst i am away.
