Infection

I took 1ml os sus on monday, the injection felt fine but bled a bit on the way out.

Since then the area has been getting more and more painfull and swolled. Today I woke up and my left glute was about twice the size of my right and the pain and swelling went half way down my hamstring and went up as far as my lower back, it's f*cking agony and makes moving rather difficult.

I went to the doctor today and it looks like I have an infection in the injection site.

I was careful doing the injection and thought I did everything properly, obviously I must have done something wrong.

I was most impressed that the doctor did not give me a lecture or tell me to stop, he just gave me a course of antibiotics.

Should I miss my next injection or is there any point?

how far into cycle are you?

have you used sust before? the reason why i ask is the prop in sust will cause a site swelling and slight redness.

I wouldn't miss the next jab personally, would only quit the course if within a week the infection hasn't gone down/away and becomes and serious problem.

Like didless has said the prop in sust can cause inflamation, but 4-5days I'd normally expect it to be gone (unless its omnas, those I did not get on with well :-( )

It may have been an unsterile amp, maybe a bit bacteria on injection site etc... There are so many different things what may have caused it you may never find out...Which is a bit of a b***h!!
