Inflammation back again!!!

As some may know I've had 8 weeks out because of shoulder/bicep tendinits inflammation. It had gone and I was ready to strart back.

I started back last weds doing legs (light) and after I finished it was back burning and stiffness in the arm. Know way near as bad but its there again, not painfull, just tight, hot, stiff and just plain annoying.

I was thinking of taking ibuprofen one day and aspirn the other just when I train (3 times a week)

1. Ibuprofen seems to help, would I be ok taking it all the time just 400mg three times a week and somtimes aspirn instead.

2. Why is the inflammation back again, it just won't go. It did go after 8 weeks of rest, but now its back as I'm training. What the hell can I do??

I'd like to move this to general if you change the title to something that mentions your problem. I'm not sure it'll get answered here tbh, but I'll leave it here for now.

    Have you asked your doctor?
