Injured on cycle - diet question
Bit of a disaster, managed to aggravate an old bulging disc injury on the weekend (not even from lifting, quad biking of all f**king things). I've been here before, it's going to be at least a week before I can think of training again, right now I can't even turn my upper body.
Question is, do I make changes to my diet for the week? I'm eating a lot of calories to essentially sit around doing nothing, but at the same time I did read that you can build muscle on cycle from literally doing nothing sitting around??
