Injury during cut!!!! Help
Picked up a chest injury over the weekend. The strange thing is I havent trained chest since wednesday? I wasnt doing anything strenuous at the time so god knows why it happend. Its the same injury I picked up 2 years ago
which is strange not sure if its due to a muscle imbalance on that side of my chest(left and this pec is slightly smaller than my right) Its sore when I take a deep breath or exhale really hard so not idea for trainning any muscle group let alone my chest.
Question is im 6 weeks into my cut and all was going really well
what should I do? Just rest up, stick with my morning gentle cardio which will be ok and keep my calories low? Worried this my make me go catabolic without weight trainning? Would a week off weights and keeping my diet as it was and just doing my cardio be ok? Or will I lose muscle.
