Insanity

I've just got hold of Insanity and am thinking about starting it tomorrow instead of joining a new gym as im struggling for funds at the moment and want to shift a bit of weight. My plan is to lower my calorie intake - increase my protein etc and then do Insanity each evening after work. When looking online for 'real reviews' there doesn't seem to be many. So have you tried insanity and what did it do for you? Will it work etc?

I reckon it'd work if you put the effort in and get the diet right at the same time mate. They do it as a 45 minute gym class where I train and it's pretty intense, I've tried a few times, it'd be really useful as part of my fitness regime for rugby if I could get to it more regularly.

Thanks I'm going to start tomorrow... I do find a lack of motivation to start it though. Maybe once I start it I'll continue.

It's very popular.  There are loads of different workout regimens cropping up all the time.  But this one seems to be very popular at the moment.

Seen the overview of this program - it's a lot of HIIT, so a thumbs up from me
