damn it. thought so - was enjoying the results so wanted to push it out as long as could get away with it.

post cycle - any recommendations? like alpha lipoic acid to increase sensitivity or anything along those lines?

IGF-1 and GH (which converts to IGF-1 in the liver) both increase insulin sensitivity.

NOt much mate, it's just the most anabolic substance known to man. Yes, it can kill you in massive quantities or in any quantity really without appropriate carbohydrate ingestion, so don't mess around with it. There's more than enough info on this board and on the net that will describe in maybe a page at most what insulin does and why it's advantageous for serious athletes, most notably bodybuilders.

Personally I wouldnt use slin unless you've plateaued with a reasonable amount of AAS. That is to say, if you cant grow on 1200-1500 g of test per week with a supra-maintenance calric diet and proper training/rest, you might want to look into slin. Then again, it's also nicely suited for PCT as per POWERHOUSE's PCT sticky. This is solely my opinion keep in mind. I made it to 260 offseason lbs without slin and will be using it for the first time in this current PCT. Nevertheless, looking at your stats it looks like you have much potential to fulfill without the use of insulin. But that, mate, is totally your choice.
