during workout, 20g BCAAs, some EAAs, glycerol, dextrose and isolate
PWO dextrose, isolate creatine
Not worth tthe risk IMO and it OFTEN goes wrong.
Try 20mins before workout ends,. an IM shot, then have your drink ready and continue weights.
Also easy to **** up and go in coma. Seen it done before.
