Intensive body fat% reduction?

Hi
Im a bit dissapointed with my body fat % being 14% and want to reduce this to single figures at least 8% ideally, as i think it would be better for me to loose the body fat and then gain muscle from there. Whats the best way to reduce body fat rapidly without loosing too much muscle? Would it help to do weights during this intensive cardio training period just to maintain the muscle. Is it better to do intensive fast running or jogging for a longer period. I really wanna cut down alot, do the diet pills help or are they a waste of time. I believe i saw something called lean system 7 which is meant to be quite effective anyone had any experienc in this. Once you reduce your body fat does it take a lot of hard work to keep it there or does it come back easily if you do not do intensive cardio periods.
Thanks

its alot easier to gain muscle with higher bf , hence "bulking" you need a calorie surplus to gain muscle and sadly that surplus comes with higher bf :( . for max gains i wud leave ur bf alone but its upto you.

the fact of the matter is you cannot loose BF rapidly without loosing muscle, the slower you do it the better.

sounds to me like you want to get big and loose bodyfat, therefore you're going to need to change ur lifestyle, high protein, high complex carbs, low fat, cardio 3-4 times a week before breakfast, and a decent weights routine. Over time you'll learn what's working and what's not.

On reading the sticky in the cardio section i get what you're saying burton, it seems the best way for me to loose bf% whilst mainting my muscle is to do an exercise that is about 60% of my max heart rate before breakfast for an hour or so, and go about my weights regime as normal? Does this sound like a good plan, my diet is ok, lots of protein supplement about 4 whey shakes a day and a protein bar or two!! Can i maintain this diet whilst still achieving lower bf%
    Thanks

Oh and is it ok to take fat loosing supplements with protein supplements or will they counter act each other and prove to be totally ineffective.
    Thanks

yup, you've got it, low inensity cardio for 30-40mins as often as possible before b-fast. just be sure to have a scoop of whey in water before hand to reduce muscle loss.

you should definitely take protein supplementation with fat burning supps, if you let ur protein intake drop you'll loose much more muscle.

ok maybe i put that a little loosely, but i was basically trying to get the point across that you need a calorie surplus to build muscle and sadly that surplus comes with consequences (higher bf)
