Intermittent Gluttony

It is isn't it....10, count 'em TEN slices of bread worth of salad sandwiches!
Tomatoes, cucumber, onion and topped off with grated cheese.
Ok it was my 1st carbs of the day (5:45pm - and up 12hrs) but it is gluttony isn't it?
Wasn't even stuffed after it though!
But I'm just carbing up for tomorrow morning's workout

Impressive, must be well over 1200 calories in that one meal,

Did you wash it you down with a protein shake?

10 slices! In terms of my Burgen bread that would be:

1240 kcals
70g protein
120g carbs
44g fat
41g fibre

...plus fillings :)

Easily mate! The bread alone is over 100cals a slice. Then the margarine on ten slices and the mature cheddar cheese! Might be closer to 2k!
But IIFYM

Nice, but I prefer my gluttony green-free and heavy on the bacon.

The macros in the Burgen bread are misleading imo. They include flax seeds but they are whole flax seeds and there is no way that anyone could chew each mouthful until the flax seeds were broken down to release their macros.

Does it fit your macros? Not a exactly a decent amount of protein.

Salad sandwiches? What a tragic waste of calories - you should be ashamed of yourself ;)

Ha ha yeah I guess there's better gluttony pictures out there
Saying that I could've done 12 slices easily or maybe even 14.
I'm sure the family think I'm making them for everyone then I sit down and scoff the whole lot

It's more a carb up mate. 1st carbs of the day.
Although the bread alone is 40g protein, then the cheese...

Words cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am at that feeble attempt of a sandwich.

Lmaoo  I know I know....most would've had bacon, egg, sausage piled in. Not into the 'ol pork though.
I've once done 3 double whoppers! Starving to stuffed in 10mins!
