Introduction/First Cycle Preparation... Help needed :)
Hi, I'm new to the site, I say new but I have read the material on here quite a lot over the past few months, its definitely a sound place to get solid information on an otherwise controversial subject. I didn't bother signing up because I have relatively little to offer in terms of input down to a lack of experience and in a lot of cases knowledge but now I feel like I could use some direct advice so will thank you all in advance.
I'm currently 19 years old, 5,11 1/2" and I would say more or less bang on 12 stone, I started training in college for about 18 months solid I managed to up my weight from 9st 4lb when I was 16 to 12st 11lb when I was 18 I think most of this weight came from simply getting older but I always read up on training techniques and diet to try and make sure I was getting the most out of the time spent in the gym. It was a learning curve for me and I was soon able to differentiate between what worked and what was utter bollocks being preached from just about everyone you spoke to in these irritating poser gyms haha, I was always obsessed with form and I think this has stuck with me because I still am.
I then decided I needed some time out from they gym and basically had a Year off and now I have rejoined the gym and been training for approximately 6 weeks, Ive got past that initial window of being sore all the time for about 2 weeks and I'm finding that I am near enough at the same level of strength I was when I left which I am quite pleased with (Just goes to show it helps to be older when you are start lifting, I know that sounds quite ironic cause understandably I can imagine a lot of you will consider 19 almost to young to be lifting) but I was surprised at how much of a difference it makes. As I said before I am about a stone lighter now than when I initially left but I am a lot leaner and generally in a much healthier/better state to work from.
I know I have got a long way to go before I even consider going down the discussed path because this is where I need your insight. Currently my diet and training are consistent admittedly they're not perfect but I understand the fundamental issues and that at the end of the day it all comes down to good quality calories in high numbers, I'm still tweaking them but I'm making steady progress and overall quite happy with the situation. Ideally I would like to be in this position 13 1/2 stone to 14 1/2 stone and aged approximately 21-22 This way I think I will have a good foundation to work from..... Is there a general age/weight when people run their first cycle?
If all the above goes to plan I would consider running test enthanate and Dianabol for 12 weeks with a decent PCT.............. Is this a good starting point for a first time cycle/user?
And on the other hand I have a dilemma. I'm considering working hard for a few months in preparation and getting all the concerned variables in order to run a Dianabol only cycle later this year, This would be a 'Preliminary' exercise to get a good understanding to the feeling of being on an AAS in preparation to when it comes down to the real thing. I know people are generally in two minds about stand alone Dbol cycles but I will stress I'm not expecting miracles and can live with some water retention for a few weeks. I just want to know what it feels like to put something foreign in your body and how it reacts i.e recognizing and catching out the early stages of gyno, and the reported drained feeling you get from Dianabol etc etc.
I was thinking of running 20mg a day 10 in the morning 10 in the night for 5 weeks and seeing where this gets me and tapering it if I feel like its not an effective dose or I could be getting more from it in which case I would up to 25mg to 30mg range. After that I would Novaldex for 40mg for 1 week, 20 mg for 3 weeks and 10 mg for 2 weeks after that and Then go clean for at least a year. I would have surplus Nolvadex to catch out puffy nips mid cycle just in case.
I welcome constructive advice and hope you can see my dilemma I don't want to run the test enthanate cycle when I'm that little bit older and feel in over my head so I could hopefully put the Dianabol only cycle down to experience. I understand you're not going to advocate using steroids at this age and by all means tell me if you think I need more experience/time its just the picture I have painted of Dianabol is that it is very anabolic and has relatively little androgenic characteristics and although 'Safe' is not the word I would like to know if in your honest opinion I could get away with the above cycle and put it down to testing the water so to speak.
I understand this is quite drawn out and detailed but I don't like to leave any potentially important information out. I haven't currently got any of the aforementioned drugs and I understand this is only to be discussed behind closed doors so you won't hear anything from me on that front.
I genuinely appreciate the help and thank you for your time in reading this.
