Yes of course it will shut you down, though it should be easier to recover on PCT.

As above, but how much makes a difference. And if you injected for 4 weeks you will be suppressed for much longer.

Why did you stop at 4 weeks?

The anavar I was taking along side the test turned out to be bunk and I emailed sis with the serial numbers for test e and anavar I had, they came back and said my product was fake product as the batch numbers and serial number didn’t exist.

Only problem is, my test levels are clearly higher than normal so it must have had some effect I’m sitting at 1440 nmol/l

100mg per week would have shut you down. As soon as your body realises it is getting testosterone from elsewhere it will quickly start shutting your HPTA down.

99% of Anavar dished out by sources is probably is faked.

^^^ This I think it was Doc? on here personally tested (no lab bashing as labs names weren't mentioned) about 10+? Var's and none came back as Var.

Im confused, my doctor has told me that naturally people have 348-1197 ng/dl. I’m currently 1440 ng/dl.
Am I going to be shut down?
He’s told me I may have had high testosterone levels anyway after firing a few questions at me. He also said if I had been taking real gear I’d be sitting at 2000+. So it was probably just really poorly made and I should be fine to just stop without issues.

Yes your body will stop producing natural Testosterone if it's introduced exogenously...what does your GP not understand about this?

GP's are generally clueless on these types of issues. Even most endo's are clueless when it comes to AAS unless they specialise in TRT and even then some of them are still clueless.

As above.
Did you notice any difference when you were on the fake gear, compared to how you normally feel.
Any positive/negative effects.

No mate, no difference what’s so ever.
No strength gains. No muscle gains.

None of the usual side effects either:
No acne
No hair loss
No shrinkage of the tesictles
No feeling sick or headaches.

I have a high sex drive anyway and it hasn’t heightened at all.

My diets in check and so’s my workout.
Literally 4 weeks into the course been off it a week and a half still feel exactly the same.

What I'd do then is no PCT but gets bloods done again in 4 weeks time and see if my TT is still sitting pretty. If not, then PCT time.

I would have thought you would have got some kind of effect positive or negative, even if the fake gear had a low amount of the stated steroids in them.
Your gp could be right in saying you have a naturally high test level.
I have a low level naturally, just on the limit of the low end of the scale, and I can grow on that, and I feel okay with it.
I wouldn't bother with pct, personally.you haven't gained anything, and so you've got nothing to lose in that sense.the only difference pct would make is emotionally, but as it is you say you feel fine and nothings changed.
Give it another 4-6 weeks, and then get the blood test repeated.you'll find out then if your test level is naturally high, and you will have a baseline to work from for your next cycle.
Keep us posted,
All the best.
