Is My New Bulking Diet OK?

Thanks in advance
 
Age: 36
Weight: 182lbs
Goal: Bulk
 
 
7.30am - 100g oats, berries, egg white powder, tablespoon peanut butter (all mixed as a shake)
 
9.30am-   100g oats, berries, 30g natural yogurt, 3 scoops whey, tablespoon peanut butter (mixed as a shake)
 
12 noon-  200g turkey, 100g basmati rice, veg
 
3.30pm - Tin tuna, 2 wholemeal bread, veg, pint of milk, nuts
 
5pm - Train
PWO - 40g whey and a banana
 
6.30pm - home made bolognese sauce (includes plenty of veg) and 100g spaghetti
 
9.30pm - Tub of quark, scoop of peanut butter.

    Have you calculated your BMR and the nutritional breakdown of what your currently eating?
    It'l be best to work out your calorific needs first, then break it down into meals.

    Definitely need more fruit and veg for starters.
     
    More food unless your metabolism is zero.
     
    More EFA's and REAL food as opposed to shakes.
     
    More variety.
     
    That's just for starters - post your info in terms of BF%, target weight, training programme etc then we can move further.

    Definitely need more fruit and veg for starters.

    More food unless your metabolism is zero.

    More EFA's and REAL food as opposed to shakes.

    More variety.

    I forgot to add in the fruit. I eat plenty of it.
    The shakes are real food. Egg white powder is egg whites. I cant see the problem with this?
    OK i have whey in one shake but its only one shake and anyway whey is food. It would be different if the whey was on its own with water but in my case i have carbs, vitamins and fats mixed with it
     
    The shakes are handy to take to waork where my break times are limited.
     
    As for veg i have it at three meals during the day
