Is My New Bulking Diet OK?

7.30am - 100g oats, berries, egg white powder, tablespoon peanut butter (all mixed as a shake)
9.30am- 100g oats, berries, 30g natural yogurt, 3 scoops whey, tablespoon peanut butter (mixed as a shake)
12 noon- 200g turkey, 100g basmati rice, veg
3.30pm - Tin tuna, 2 wholemeal bread, veg, pint of milk, nuts
5pm - Train
PWO - 40g whey and a banana
6.30pm - home made bolognese sauce (includes plenty of veg) and 100g spaghetti
9.30pm - Tub of quark, scoop of peanut butter.
