Is changing muscles in between ok?

I noticed if I do 1 chest exercise 3x8, then go to a bicep exercise
3x8, and then back to another chest exercise(and so on) I can lift more. Is this to much rest?

probobly just that if you alternate your exercises then your muscles have a chance to recover.you'll probobly not get any better gains out of this though.

    You might also risk overtraining.
