Is feeling lethargic/tired when bulking unavoidable?

Feel soooo much better when cutting, sleep better too....just can't handle the tired feeling when bulking....

    i feel like a stuffed pig when bulking.
    high water retention
    higher than usual hematocrit levels and blood pressure
    large calories = digestion bloating
    lethargic

    Bulking in the winter, maybe a lack of sun isnt helping. Im training well, but cant seem to stay awake, same every winter...http://www.nhs.uk/livewell/tiredness-and-fatigue/pages/winter-tiredness.aspx
