Is it necessary to gind your linseeds before consumption?

They seem to me like the sort of thing which would pass through undigested a lot of the time.

    Definately, their shell is undigestable. A small coffee grinder is cheap and useful for this job!

    If you don't you'll sh!t them out whole... you need to grind or blend them first.
